Shipping & Returns Policy

Quotations

All quotes will remain valid for a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of issue.

Returns:

All goods returned will have a 20% handling fee. If wrong stock was sent from Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers, no handling fee will be charged.
Customers will be required to return the products within 7 days.
Items must be returned in an enclosed box accompanied by documentation (as named in the certificate of guarantee or invoice) received by Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers.
Once the returned item has been received in the same condition it was received, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If customer is approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanged:

Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, they will not be exchanged for another product.

Warranty:

To the extent allowed by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement:

Any goods supplied by the company shall be subject to the manufacturing company’s warranty;

the only entitlement you shall have in respect of those goods shall be to require Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers to enforce such warranty against the manufacturer of those goods on your behalf.

The warranty shall immediately be rendered null and void in the event of any of the following:

Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications provided by the Manufacturer;
Subjected to: misuse, abuse, neglect or accident; alteration, improper installation, application or removal (including but not limited to installation, application or removal by an authorized dealer or technician)
The product is not returned with an invoice/verifiable method confirming proof of purchase.

Processing Times

Customers can expect an order to be processed within approximately two to three business days, provided the items are in stock and the payment has been verified. Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers cannot guarantee same day shipping.

Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers will notify you should there be any delay in obtaining/delivering any goods ordered. The unavailable order will be placed on back order, and the remainder of the order placed will be shipped.

Delivery:

Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers cannot guarantee same day shipping. Delivery can take between 2 – 5 working days depending on location and availability of stock.

Shipping charges are not calculated at the checkout, Customers can contact Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers for a quote on courier cost or alternatively arrange their own courier once they have received confirmation that their order is ready to be shipped.

Customers within the Port Elizabeth area, can make arrangements to pick up their order at Piri Solar Distributors and Wholesalers premises.
